Is there a delivery charge?

Customers will only pay $3.99 per delivery (many deliveries cost customers $5.99, so we’re pleased to be able to offer this lower delivery price as part of the partnership developed with Postmates). Postmates Unlimited members pay $0 on all orders over $20.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. The minimum order is $12 for non-Postmates Unlimited customers to get $3.99 delivery. The minimum order is $20 for Postmates Unlimited customers to get free delivery. If under $20, there is a $1.99 fee for Postmates Unlimited members.

Can orders be delivered to non-residential locations?

Yes, Postmates can deliver to anywhere the customer is, including offices, senior living centers, hotels and even a park.

What is the average delivery time from when a customer places an order to when it is delivered?

It’s fast! Postmates national average is 25.8 minutes.

Is there a limit on how much pet parents can order?

The Postmates rule of thumb is that couriers can deliver anything that will fit in the back of a Prius.

Can customers schedule a delivery for a later date or time?

Yes! Customers can schedule 30-minute time slots up to 7 days in advance.

Can I earn and redeem my Kangaroo rewards?

Yes! Customers can add their loyalty number in the special instructions section (open text field) during order placement. It is up to the courier to present the loyalty program details while checking out in the store. Customers can also update their account to include special instructions for their courier, and Health Mutt will ensure customers earn points, and if applicable apply appropriate discounts.

Can I earn and redeem my frequent buyer rewards?

Yes! Customers can add their name and number in the special instructions section (open text field) during order placement. It is up to the courier to present the frequent buyer program details while checking out in the store, and Health Mutt will ensure customer purchase is applied to the frequent buyer account and/or redeem appropriate frequent buyer redemptions. Note: since there is a minimum delivery amount, customers will want to make sure their total purchase with frequent buyer redemption meets this minimum order amount.
