We’re happy to accept your exchange or return for items purchased from us within 30 days of purchase. Items returned with a receipt will receive credit back to the method of payment. Items returned without a receipt will receive store credit. Gift cards are not returnable items. The following applies for returns:
We’ll gladly return food, treats, and litter in the event you or your pet is not happy with the purchase. We ask that the product be in original packaging, with UPC still attached, and within 30 days of purchase.
Toys, clothing, and accessories (collars, leashes, harnesses, beds) should be in resalable condition, with tags still attached for full refund or exchange, and within 30 days of purchase. If tags are not attached or item is not resalable due to normal wear and tear, it is up to the discretion of the store to determine refund or exchange availability.
The exception to this policy is in the event the item is defective or became unusable due to product construction.
